Yes, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the week before your event when last minute changes are mind along with final head count.

Sure, we welcome mix and match menus & menu items that can accommodate dietary restrictions.

Yes, we do offer formal tastings. Our tastings should act as your dinner for the evening. We will come out to your home or business and provide a full plated dinner with one of our on-site chefs. There is a fee for tastings based on menu and guests count.

We are unable to use outside platters. Please see the above question about how food is presented.

We recommend our buffet setup with our grand chafers. Or we can either package catering items disposable containers for you to transfer to your own serving dishes, or we can arrange them on our own platters & chafing dishes. A small fee will be charged for buffet setup.

Wedding receptions typically book 3-12 months in advance. Corporate events usually have a shorter lead time. If we're available, we can provide corporate lunches with a 48 hour notice. We suggest reserving your date as soon as it is confirmed. Summer weekends and all dates in December fill very quickly.

Our trained, professional staff are attired either in black and white uniforms or in all black uniforms. They are professional, neat, and always ready to help!

We have wide variety of vegetarian, vegan and other special needs menu items. When you come in to plan your event, we will discuss your dietary needs and suggest a menu that will be suitable for you and your guests. Please tell us if we need to consider food allergies.

We cater to all different types of events with full & drop-off service. Feel free to contact us to go over the details of your event.

Yes, we do provide wait staff or party rentals.

Yes, we provide drop-off setup & full service catering with staff & equipment.

We provide delivery with a minimum purchase of $500, for a small fee based on location.

A 5 day notice may be required on some menu items. We allow for last-minute orders based on availability. However dates do fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons, so please place your order at your earliest convenience.
