Black forest ham, hard salami, oven roasted turkey breast, slow roasted roast beef, cured prosciutto and assorted pickled veggies elegantly placed on platters by our experienced chefs

Fried Artichoke Quarters
Lightly fried and served with a plant based lemon caper aioli

Marinated Caprese Skewers
Hand skewered baby tomatoes, marinated mozzarella, balsamic reduction, Italian spices, and fresh basil

Fresh Baked Focaccia Bread
Topped with balsamic red onion and sun dried tomato
